Body Pulled From Susquehanna River is Identified

The body of a young man pulled from the Susquehanna River in the Town of Union early March 30 has been identified as that of a 21 year old Tompkins County resident.

Broome County Emergency Services officials say they were flooded with phone calls once the description of the body aired in the news with people reporting the man was Ryan Bell of Groton
