A dozen people are facing drug and weapons charges after police executed 14 no-knock search warrants at locations in Utica, New Hartford and Albany.

Officials with the Oneida County Drug Enforcement Task Force say the arrests are the result of a 6-month investigation into the sale of heroin and cocaine in and around Utica.

Police seized cocaine, heroin, handguns, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia, along with $6,700 in cash.

The investigation is ongoing and additional arrests and charges may be filed.

Arrested were the following individuals:  

William S. Brooks, age 22 residing at 685 East Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse NY

Kiara O. Smith, age 32  residing at 303 Rutger Street, Utica NY

Jahnaesha Holliman, age 16 residing at 303 Rutger Street, Utica NY

Eileen M. Austin,  age 57  residing at 1551 Steuben Street, Utica NY

Gary L. Austin Sr., age 61  residing at 20 Greenwood Court, Utica NY

Gary L. Austin Jr.,  age 23  residing at 1551 Steuben Street, Utica NY

Duchane D. Boyd,  age 26  residing at 1551 Oneida Street, Utica NY

Rahmel M. Weathers, age 22  residing at 1105 South Street, Utica NY

Tahiem R. Kyser,  age 35  residing at 1514 Genesee Street, Utica NY

Shannon S. Patterson, age 26  residing at 1543 St. Vincent Street, Utica NY

Kenna L. Isaac, age 39  residing at 53 Prospect Street, Utica NY

Cornell Weathers, age 26  residing at 8 Manning Square, Albany NY
