15 Year Old Facing Sexual Abuse Charges In Ilion

Ilion Police have arrested a 15-year old boy for allegedly subjecting a 5-year old to sexual contact at a home in Ilion.

The 15 year old, whose name is not being released, is charged with sexual abuse.

Police say the teen has been released into the custody of the Herkimer County Department of Social Services.

Ilion Police were assisted in their investigation by the Herkimer County Department of Social Services and the Herkimer County YWCA Child Advocacy Center.
