WOODSTOCK, N.Y. (AP) — The 17TH annual Woodstock Film Festival is kicking off in the Catskills.

The festival starting Thursday runs through Sunday and features more than 130 films. Screenings and events are also being held in Rhinebeck, Rosendale, Saugerties (SAW'-ger-teez) and Kingston.

The opening night film is the world premiere of "Blind" starring Alec Baldwin and Demi Moore.

The festival also will feature eight documentary and narrative films with a focus on international politics.
