A Binghamton teen, considered a vulnerable adult, is being sought by authorities after being last seen three weeks ago.

19 year old Kyle Nowalk, who does not have a permanent address, was last seen at Main and Helen Streets in the City of Binghamton and has ties to Vestal and Smithville Flats.

The teen is known to suffer from mental health issues and a developmental disorder that may affect his ability to socialize and communicate.  Nowalk has likely not been taking his medications.

He is white, stands 5’, 11” tall, weighs 180 pounds and has short, brown, curly hair.

There has been no contact with Nowalk since his last confirmed sighting April 9th.
