The National Weather service is reporting that a cold, Canadian high pressure system will track towards Central New York early in the weekend. What that means for us, it will be very cold for the Heart Run and Walk.

Syracuse.com reports that morning lows on Saturday will start out in the mid teens, but temperatures will only rise a few degrees during the course of the day. It very well may not reach 20 on Saturday. That means, bundle up Saturday morning.

Morning Lows: Mid 10s
Afternoon Highs: Upper 10s
Cloud cover: Clouds early, then sun by the afternoon.
Precipitation: Morning lake effect snow showers.
Winds: Northwest 10-15 mph with gusts of 35 mph. Wind chill near 0 degrees."
