24th Annual Little Falls Canal Days Celebration Attracts Thousands

Little Falls, NY (WIBX) -   The city of Little Falls continues it's canal celebration weekend, last night thousands gathered for the annual parade down main street, this is the 24th year of Canal Days.

There will be a fishing derby and a 5k-run Saturday morning, along with arts and crafts, food and even canoeing and kayaking on the Erie Canal offered throughout the day. On Sunday, there will be an antique car show and the 20th annual Canal Classic Road Race and Tour, sponsored by the Mohawk Valley Bicycle Club.

The Mario DeSantis Orchestra wraps up the festivities, performing in the City's Eastern Park from 2-4pm.
