20-Year Old Arrested for Allegedly Having Nude Photos of Children on Phone

New Hartford police have arrested a 20 year old man after an investigation found he was in possession of nude pictures of underage girls on his cell phone.
Investigators say Traci DeCarr, of New Hartford was allegedly seeking out females in online chat rooms and sending nude pictures of himself before asking the young girls to send nude pictures back to him.

DeCarr was charged with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and and one count of possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $10,000 bail.
