2nd Man Charged In Shooting That Left Man Dead, Woman Hurt
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Police say they've arrested a second man in connection with a double shooting in central New York that left a man dead and a woman wounded.
Syracuse Police Chief Frank Fowler says 32-year-old Devar Williams turned himself in on Thursday afternoon.
Williams faces murder and weapons charges for his alleged role in the Saturday shooting in Syracuse that left 35-year-old Iric Green of Syracuse dead and a 26-year-old woman injured.
Court documents say Green was shot in the forehead with a shotgun.
Thirty-one-year-old Jermaine Jennings turned himself in earlier in the week. He's charged with second-degree murder.
Officials say Williams and Jennings got into an argument with Green earlier in the evening.
It wasn't immediately known if Williams and Jennings have lawyers.
