GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities have charged a second man with strangling a 58-year-old man during a break-in at the victim's upstate New York home.

The Post-Star of Glens Falls reports (http://bit.ly/29xRPEx ) 45-year-old Robert Henry of Ilion in central New York was arrested in the Utica area late Saturday and brought back to Glens Falls. He was arraigned on second-degree murder and robbery charges in the killing of Kevin Jenks.

Police say Henry and 49-year-old Kevin Chapman of Ilion killed Jenks during an attempt to steal items from his Glens Falls home last week. Jenks' body was found Thursday by a relative.

Chapman was arrested Saturday and is also charged with murder and robbery.

Both men are being held in the Warren County Jail without bail. The public defender's office says it can't comment on the case.
