32 Straight Sweeps And Counting

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Make it 32 in a row for Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri.

For the 32nd straight week, Palmieri and a team of city employees will venture into another Utica neighborhood with the objective of making it cleaner and safer.

Today's Quality of Life Sweep will begin at noon from the intersection of Eagle and Steuben Streets.

The Mayor says the sweeps. which began on April 4th, will continue until the severe winter weather sets in.
