State police in Herkimer have arrested four men in connection with a home invasion burglary the town of Norway.

Police say two men entered a home with what appeared to be guns and forced a man and a 15 year old girl to help them load several bags and boxes with cartons of cigarettes and money.

The two suspects then left the house driven by a third man.

The story of the man inside the home quickly became suspect and police say after further investigation is was discovered that he was in on the robbery.

  • Police say Kasim Sakinovic, 18, of Remsen is charged with 1st degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 2nd degree Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
  • Hajrudin Cvrk, 19, of Utica is charged with 1st degree Burglary and Endangering the Welfare of a child.
  • Michael Litz, 20, of Remsen is charged with 1st degree Burglary and Endangering the Welfare of a child.
  • Elvir Rosic, 17, of Utica is charged with 1st degree Burglary and Endangering the Welfare of a child.
