84 Year Old Charged With Possessing Child Pornography

An 84-year old Utica man has been arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says David Talman is facing multiple counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child -- all felonies.

Investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force regarding an IP address in Utica that uploaded a photo depicting child porn.

That led to the execution of a search warrant.

Authorities say the investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.
