Rome Man Arrested On Meth Charges

A Rome man has been arrested after State Police executed a search warrant at his John Street home.

Police say investigators seized 9 ounces of liquid meth along with methamphetamine making materials and approximately 1 gram of heroin from the home of 34 year old Joseph Warcup.

Warcup was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and sent to the Oneida County jail on $50,000 bail.
