Whitesboro Man Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges

A Whitesboro man has been arrested after being charged with 1 count of predatory sexual assault of a child.

State Police arrested 28 year old Timothy Poirier after he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 13.

Police were assisted in the investigation by The Northeast Cyber Forensic Center at Utica College.

Poirier was sent to the Oneida County Jail without bail.
