Utica police arrested a person who allegedly robbed the One Stop Market at 625 Albany Street, this morning.

41-year-old James Watkins of Utica was alegedly armed with a knife and forcibly stole an undisclosed amount of money and fled.

Watkins was caught by officers 20 minutes later. He is charged with robbery.

He has 13 prior felony arrests.
