The New York-Penn Region of the American Red Cross is urging donors to take
time this weekend to roll up their sleeves and donate blood.
The Red Cross is looking to strengthen its blood inventories over the final holiday
weekend of the summer.
They currently have a two-day blood supply.
A blood drive is being held today from noon to 5 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in
Utica.
Blood drives will also take place tomorrow 8:30 to 1:30 at the Cassville Fire Department
and from 8-to-1 at the Waterville Village Hall.
