State Police in Herkimer are investigating a burglary that happened on Shoemaker Hill Road in the Town of German Flatts. Two men wearing hooded sweatshirts and displaying what appeared to be a handgun entered the home in Herkimer County and demanded money from the occupants. During the burglary, one of the occupants was struck in the head and suffered minor injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police in Herkimer at 315-866-7275.
