Families who have children enrolled in the Head Start program have a chance to take advantage of various free health screenings tomorrow. The event takes place at the Corner Building 1100 Miller Street in Utica from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. A number of free health screenings, crafts and entertainment will be available through the Oneida County Health Department.
