A mother and her two sons are facing charges in Madison County. According to State Police Joshua and Dakota Bender were caught trespassing at 1235 Fyler Rd in the Town of Sullivan. The pair were observed in the yard and fenced in area of the residence, then seen being picked up by a Gold SUV. Investigation revealed that the vehicle in question was being operated by the boys’ mother Ann Bender of Kirkville. Joshua and Dakota are charged with Criminal Trespass and Ann Bender was charged with Conspiracy.
