An 18-year-old Camden man is facing charges for several car-break-in thefts that occurred in the town. State Police at Sylvan Beach arrested Evan Birmingham for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Birmingham was taken to the Oneida County Jail on 15-hundred dollars bail. Police say additional charges are pending.
