Residents at Raven Rock Estates Development in Lee have filed a notice of claim against Oneida County. According to documents filed with the Oneida County Clerks office today the nature of the claim is for fraud, negligence, and intentional misconduct on the part of Oneida County and the Department of Health. Residents feel the County has not done an adequate job of investigating a situation regarding septic tanks servicing the Development. Documents claim the County decided to get a false certification of home sizes to rectify the situation.
