In support of local artists, this coming weekend has been proclaimed “HCCC Arts and Crafts Days” throughout Herkimer County. November 14th and 15th is the Herkimer County Arts and Craft Fair at HCCC. Chairman of the County Legislature, Raymond Smith, presented a proclamation which states, “the fair is one of the best in the state and is a very important asset to the County both in artistry and economically.” The fair will take place from 10 to 5 Saturday and 10-4 Sunday.
