The Oneida County Arson Task Force will conduct its annual Fall Arson Seminar this week. Topics will include Vehicle Fire Investigations, First Responders to Fires, and Improvised Explosive Devices. The seminar will be held at the Ramada Inn in New Hartford Wednesday morning at 8:30. Speakers will include agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire arms. The Annual Distinguished Service Award will also be presented.
