Just days after Utica police announced Part-1 crime was down over 10% so far this year, the city has seen it's fourth homicide of 2009. Police responded to a report of shots fired shortly before midnight Wednesday on the 11-hundred block of Dudley Ave. One victim, a 66 year old man, was found deceased inside 1139 Dudley Ave. There's no word yet on the victim's name or possible suspects.
