Congressman Michael Arcuri will be donating all of the campaign money he's received from Charlie Rangel and his Political Action Committee to charity. Rangel stepped down Wednesday as Chairman of House Ways and Means Committee amid an ongoing ethics investigation.

Arcuri says in 2006 and 2007, his campaign received contributions from Rangel and his political action committee. All that money will now be donated to charity. On Tuesday night, the Democrat from Utica issued a statement calling for Rangel to step down.
