Utica Police continue to search for a red pick up truck that was involved in a hit and run accident that injured a waterboard flagman. Police say the Mathew MacKay sustained minor injuries when a red chevy S-10 compact struck the him near the corner of Albany and Mummery Streets. It happened shortly after 1:00pm today.
