Utica Police Arrest 10 in Thefts From Vehicles

Utica Police say they've arrested 10 people in connection with a recent rash of thefts from cars throughout the city. Those arrested range in age from 14-to-51. They face charges including petty larceny, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. A majority of the larcenies happened in unlocked vehilces parked in driveways. Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles at all times, remove valuables from the vehicles and report any suspicious activity.
