Rome Man Pleads Not Guilty to Killing Son

A not guilty plea from the Rome man who allegedly shot and killed his 3-month-old son at a home in Blossvale in June. 21-year-old Adam Theall was in Oneida County Court limping and with his arm in a sling. Theall was shot more than a dozen times by police, who say they witnessed him murder his infant child, then point the weapon at them. District Attorney Scott McNamara says the plea deal offered to Theall would only allow him to avoid trial. "It's plead guilty to murder and receive the maximum sentence, 25 years to life", McNamara said.
