The second suspect in the robbery of the NBT Bank in Rome has been arrested. 31-year old Brian Brown of Utica waa taken into custody without incident on Friday afternoon on Miller Street in Utica. Brown was charged with attempted murder in the shooting of Oneida County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Burger. Brown was sent to the county jail without bail. Meanwhile, 24-year old Ikiko Brown of Utica pleaded not guilty to a charge of robbery at his arraignment on Friday. His bail was set at $250,000.
