A Herkimer man was killed yesterday afternoon in a two-car accident at the intersection of Oneida Street and Route 8 in the Town of Paris. State Police say 79-year old Gary Randall had stopped at a stop sign on Oneida Street, but failed to see another car traveling south on Route 8 and was hit on the driver's side by the other vehicle. Randall was pronounced dead at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. No one in the other vehicle was injured. The investigation ino the accident continues.
