Utica, NY (WIBX) - Pulitzer Prize winning commentator and writer, Dr. Leonard Pitts, Jr. gave a moving and powerful speech on the theory of race and ethnicity at Utica College last night. Dr. Pitts, Jr., also received an honorary doctorate from the college, hence his new Ph.D. designation.
