Accident Being Cleared Near Home Depot in New Hartford Adjacent to Route 12 Onramp [PICTURES]

Crews are cleaning up debris following an accident that occurred near the State Route 12 onramp off of French Road in New Hartford.

Traffic in the area, located across from the Home Depot store near the Utica / New Hartford border, is no longer affected.

What appears to be an overturned truck carrying construction equipment is being towed.

New Hartford Police and the New York Mills Fire Department are still on the scene.  No official statement has yet been released about injuries or potential property damage.
