Accident In New Hartford Causes Traffic Delays

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – A two-vehicle accident is to blame for some minor traffic delays this morning.

It happened around 8:30 a.m. on the corners of Tilden Ave and Kayod Road near the Sitrin Healthcare Campus in New Hartford.

According to Police, 22-year-old Megan Upcraft of Waterville was stopping to make a left turn when she was rear-ended by a dump truck driven by 18-year-old Evan Zwahlen of Waterville.

Zwahlen was ticketed for Following Too Closely.

No one was injured.
