Accident On Southbound Arterial Just Past Burrstone Road in Utica [UPDATE]

February 1, 2013 9:50am UPDATE : Traffic is moving normally in the area and the accident has been cleared.

We are receiving listener reports of an accident on Route 5-8-12, the North-South Arterial, just past Burrstone Road.

Police and fire are on the scene.  We are told that traffic is being affected.  We will provide you with more information as soon as it becomes available.
