Accident Reported One Mile West Of Herkimer On I-90 West

An accident on the Thurway westbound about a mile west of Herkimer is slowing traffic this morning.

The crash is at mile post 222.0, between exits 30 and 31. The right lane remains open but the left lane is closed.

In the meantime motorists are advised to use caution driving in the area.
