Renovations at West Utica's Addison Miller Park have been completed.

Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri held a press conference today to announce the completion of the project and to thank the Parks Department for their work on the playground.

Palmieri said he is excited to be able to see communities have a place for kids to play safely.

The project, which began in 2012, made renovations including new basketball hoops and courts, as well as new fencing, swings and lighting. The project was funded through Community Development Block Grant funds.
