After-school Melee lands 3 Juveniles in Police Custody

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Reinforcements needed to be called in after school last Friday, to quell a large fight near Proctor High.

Utica Police calling in the New York State Troopers, New Hartford and New York Mills police, as well as the Oneida County Sheriff's Department after students from Proctor High began scuffling in the neighborhood.

The fight, which continued for several minutes, spanned several blocks. In the melee, a police car was damaged and 3 juveniles where taken into custody.
