Albany Man Arrested After Bringing Drugs To Turning Stone
An Albany man is under arrest after State Police say he brought drugs to the Turning Stone Resort Casino.
At around 8:30 Saturday night, troopers were called to assist the Oneida Nation Police with a drug complaint.
When they arrived, they were told about a small glassine envelope containing white powder that allegedly fell out of the pants of Kason Phillips, 32, of Albany.
A field test confirmed the powder was Ecstasy, and Phillips was arrested. Further investigation found other drugs on him.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
