The last thing central New York needed was more rain. But, on Monday, the area got hit once again with not just sprinkles, but heavy rainfall, and more is forecast Tuesday and Wednesday.

But, Bono says there is a travel advisory in place and residents need to use common sense when they are out on the road. First and foremost, he says drivers should slow down.
