Alleged Chapel Hill Shooter Indicted
The man who allegedly shot and killed three Muslim students in Chapel Hill, North Carolina is facing three counts of first degree murder.
Craig Hicks is being indicted by a grand jury for the murder that police say was sparked by a parking dispute.
The University of North Carolina students lived next door to Hicks and reports say they may have had run-ins with him in the past.
Meanwhile the Department of Justice is investigating wether the incident can be considered a hate crime.
