Americans Are Spending More Time In Their Kitchens

New York, NY (WIBX) - The economy is having a negative effect on Americans' wallets but it might be having a positive effect on our culinary skills.

More than seventy percent of those participating in a recent Harris Interactive Poll say that they are eating out less, considering it a "luxury."  Just under a third say that they are spending less in other areas so that they can continue to eat out "like they always have."
