Andy Williams Dead At 84

Branson, MO (WIBX) – Singer Andy Williams has died at the age of 84.  

He passed away last night in Branson, Missouri, following a battle with cancer.

Williams recorded more than a dozen gold albums and three platinum albums.

The singer hosted “The Andy Williams Show” on television from 1962 to 1971 and also numerous TV specials.

Some of his best-known songs were “Moon River,” “Days of Wine and Roses,” “The Shadow of Your Smile” and the theme song from the 1970 movie “Love Story.”
