Annsville Man Charged Under Leandra’s Law

An Annsville man is facing charges under Leandra's Law after a one car-crash in the Town of Florence.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office say 56-year old Mark Hunt lost control of his car on a curve on Empeyville Road.

The vehicle then hit a guard rail and flipped over before crashing into a group of trees.

Authorities say there were two passengers inside the car, including a 13-year old boy.

Hunt was charged with aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child, along with several traffic violations.
