Another New Tenant For Metlife Building At Utica Business Park

Another new tenant is moving into the old Metlife Building at the Utica Business Park.

Mayor Robert Palmeri says Dr. William Graber, a bariatric surgeon who has a practice in New Hartford, will be leasing 12,000 square feet in the building.

Palmeiri says that's nearly double the size of his current facility.

The Metlife Building was purchased by 125 Business Park Group Utica LLC of Syracuse in January.

ORBCOMM, a leading provider of machine-to-machine solutions, was the first tenant and moved into the building in March.
