Another Synthetic Drug Arrest Within City of Utica

Utica, NY (WIBX) - According to Utica Police Chief Mark Williams, 41-year old David Case was arrested over the weekend for unlawful possession of synthetic marijuana.

According to police, Case is believed to have punched the side mirror of another person's vehicle at the Nice N' Easy on Court Street, prompting a 911 call. Case was also charged with Criminal Mischief, Unlicensed Operation and having no Drivers License.
