Two Utica men are facing charges after an argument at the Good and Easy Convenience Store on Whitesboro Street.

Utica Police say 18-year old Jervon Lanaux and 20-year old Tyquiese McCall got into an argument with store employees over McCall stealing beer.

Police says the argument between Lanaux and McCall and the two store employees turned physical and spilled out into the parking lot.

They say during the scuffle, Lanaux and an employee struggled over a gun that Lanaux was allegedly in possession of that had fallen to the ground, when the gun discharged.
