Arrest At Proctor High School

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A bathroom at Proctor High School was the scene of a choking and robbery yesterday.

Utica Police arrested 17-Year old Eh Ka Ru and charged him with felony robbery.

Ru was joined by two others as he allegedly stole a calculator as the victim began to lose consciousness.

The investigation is ongoing and others may be charged.
