Arrest Made In Barnes Ave Fire

Utica, NY (WIBX) -An arrest has been made in connection with a Tuesday night fire at Bob's Auto Parts on Barnes Avenue.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office arrested a juvenile from Utica and charged him with arson.

The juvenile's name has not been released.

Sheriff Rob Maciol says a person who saw people running from the area gave deputies a description of the suspect.

Investigators are still trying to determine if there's any connection between Tuesday's fire and a fire that happened last week at Bob's Auto Parts.

Deputies say the investigtaion is continuing and more arrests are pending.
