Arrest Made In Churchill Ave. Shooting

An arrest has been made following an investigation into a shooting on Churchill Ave. in Utica earlier this week.

Utica Police say the victim had been uncooperative after being struck in the upper leg on May 6th, but after interviewing witnesses investigators were able to identify a suspect.

Police arrested Ojolique Ricks, 20, and charged him with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm.
